I’m a Peruvian Visual Artist and Researcher with an academic background in fine arts and for many years I also explored alternative ways of creation and experimentation
This has led me to develop a learning methodology for creation. What has led me to develop a learning methodology for creation which I come to share with you in this project called Creation Space
It is an invitation to be part of a training project in which the starting point is to learn to create. Sharing experiences, explorations and research with those who want to develop skills and habits to take advantage of their creative processes to develop a method of continuous and personal learning.
I have also collaborated in educational projects for children, adolescents and adults as well as in programs for people with disabilities. I have also participated in art research groups and creation-research projects. Since 2014, with a friend who has a background in theater, we started a project called State of Encounter.
State of Encounter focuses on the inner noise of silence, without haste. How to stop stimulating the temptation for «doing» and rather share the «BEING»?
Our approach is a practice that responds to the maelstrom of everyday life and seeks to problematize our drives through an ephemeral relationship/composition. Maybe a neuro/diverse necessity for configuring time/space.
